Good stay, dirty carpets

Pesticide on pet area
La Quinta by Wyndham Clifton ParkWe were so upset with our stay here. When we got there and checked in we noticed signs all over the grounds about Pesticide being applied just that morning.......EVEN IN THE PET FRIENDLY AREA! So, since every grassy space on the grounds has been sprayed with a toxic chemical where are we supposed to take our pet to relieve himself??? We asked the front desk clerk and her reply was she didn't know anything about it as she had just got there at 3. She said she would make some calls but we never heard anything from her. They didn't even offer to refund our pet fee. I hope they were more upfront to the other guests than they were with us. I can't believe every space around that building had been sprayed. How reckless and irresponsible. We will think twice about staying at any more LaQuinta's in the future. Our furbaby deserves better. I don't even think this is worthy of 1 bone.

Great stay!
Comfort Inn & Suites Plattsburgh - MorrisonvilleThis was a great place to stay. We were a little worried because of the location but it was very quiet. Our room was so spacious. Right on the 1st floor. I had made a mistake on my booking and after a very long day of travel they were very accommodating and got us a room! I really really want to give it 5 bones but just can't because the carpet was so filthy. It's beyond needing replaced. That was my only complaint.

great stay!
Best Western White House InnNot terribly pet friendly being on the 3rd floor but our doggie has no problems with elevator rides. The room was very clean, tad bit worn but we were very comfortable and it was a very quiet hotel so we all 3 got a great nights sleep. It's one we would stay at again.

Will stay again!
Comfort Inn AirportWe had a ground floor room. It was very clean and comfy. It's a little limited on finding a pet friendly area to go potty but we had a long day of travel and our doggie wasn't interested in walking. Just wanted to go to bed!! No pet fee to stay and we would definitely stay there again. We had a long vacation with 9 or 10 different hotels and this one was at the top of our list for pet friendly, comfy and clean.

Hotel needs some attention
Quality Inn PoughkeepsieWe stayed here because it had pretty good reviews but we were shocked. This place has been recently painted and the outside is maintained with baskets of flowers but the inside of our room had a musty, mildew smell. The bedding is very old. Our bathroom was clean and I never saw any bugs but we felt dirty when we left. This is a Wyndham hotel and they need to put some money into this hotel. I think the people who run it are doing the best they can but we won't stay there again. This could be a very quaint place to stay if they would put some money into it and remodel the inside of the rooms.

Clean!
Hampton Inn DoverClean room, bed was comfy, very easy check in process, we had a ground floor room close to the exit and parking. Very easy to take our doggie out. Only draw back to this room is we had no microwave which surprised me. We would stay here again.
