Wonderful stay.

My stay at the Alexandria Candlewood was fantastic. Shalandria was so nice to me and my mom and dad. We had a bad tire and dad had to have one flown in from Atlanta. The lady at the desk took us to a restaurant and picked us up. Everyone was so kind and hospitable. I will make sure we stay here when we go to Texas next year. Thank you Shalandria, Bobbie and all the other ladies I met. ❤️Bugsey

The room was OLD, needed paint and mold removal. The beds were very uncomfortable. Mom and Dad liked the pillows and the TV. We won't stay there again. The breakfast was ok, but no creamer for mom's coffee.

MY HUMANS TOOK ME TO THE BAD MONKEY IN YBOR CITY, TAMPA, SATURDAY TO HANG WITH MY BUDDIES. JENNA GAVE US TREATS, FRESH WATER AND LOTS OF LOVE. MY HUMANS ENJOYED THEIR BEVERAGES AS WELL.

My mom & dad were really comfortable and my dad loved the pillows. He’s going to try to find them. Everyone was so kind to mom & dad.

Clean, a little shabby, the bed and bath were clean and comfortable, the sofa in the seating area needed cleaning. Didn’t use anything in the kitchen area except a plastic cup. No ice in the ice maker, there was when we left. Our Fido was very comfortable.

Dirty, needs a complete overhaul. Awful pillows, rude, and put us on the third floor. AC didn’t work properly.

My humans were happy they were able to watch Tampa lightning game and the beds were clean. There was sand in the tub and no stopper so my mom had to stuff a plastic bag in the drain so she could take her bubble bath after a long trip from Lafayette,LA. Sorry only 1 bone.

My humans were happy with the room and I was treated well!
Mom and dad's bed was very cozy and the room was very clean.

The room was clean and my humans liked the food for breakfast. Walmart close by so I got a good boy treat

Housekeeping needs to do a better job of dusting and cleaining corners and baseboards and filters in AC. The carpet left black residue on our feet, grim and built up dirt in the corners, nasty dirt on the bed skirt. So much dust. The only positives were the beds-comfortable, pillows cozy and towels fluffy. The room smelled clean, the AC did not take the humidity out of the air if anything it added to it in the room. The staff was friendly thought they were giving us 5 bone service, however the room cleanliness on surface looked ok but upon further use NO.

My valetS slept well in this beautiful hotel. They were a little upset the other guests did not respect the mask rule. There was a refrigerator for my food, however, and they were given a nice brown bag breakfast and Yummie coffee. I was nicely treated.

My valets were very disappointed, had to beg for towels, my doggie area was uncut, no service bags, no refrigerator to keep my food cold. Their bed was comfortable and the room was clean and near the door. The people were nice to me.

The guest areas need work no breakfast items for my humans. I thought their pillows, bed and towels were nice. Of course, I was well taken care of, but I live with great humans
