We brought Hayden here on a Sunday after church in July heat. A large shade tree offers relief with a bench to sit on. There is freshwater available as well as two poop bag stations. It would be worth the drive. If only there were some other dogs here to play with!!

Known as "Malcolm's" to Edenton locals, this small wine and beer shop hosts regular events like Trivia night. Sip a wine, beer, or cider while you relax with your pup and friends on the front sidewalk with a view of Broad Street activity. Watch for entertainment in the back courtyard.

We tooled on over here for Father's Day lunch on a very hot day! The patio was shaded with a nice breeze, though. We let them know we were here and we had immediate service! We enjoyed: Greek salad, eggplant, Parmesan, and a cannoli for dessert. All delicious! We had the patio to ourselves while there was quite a wait for inside seating. Recommend!!!

This was our second stay here in 3-1/2 years. Great both times. In fact it has even gotten better. Our doodle loves this place! Very clean, good breakfast, large gathering area. Outside rear patio is wonderful. Kitchenettes in each room. Gas grills on the outdoor patio with grill tools to loan. Friendly staff!

Our 77 lb labradoodle gets very insistent that we stop in here when in the neighborhood. We will often pop in for a draft beer or a cider and some friendly conversation with locals and visitors. I love the clothing, selections and knickknacks and gear as well.

It was such a treat to enjoy this beautiful shop with our well-behaved doodle. And speaking of treats, he received one as well. I may have purchased a pottery mug as a result!

This little shop is FILLED with beautiful things-- I'm so glad I didn't miss it since I had my sweet 77 pound Labradoodle with me and he was welcomed with sweet words and a treat!

We walked across the street from Town Place Suites, our dog-friendly hotel, and had a delicious dinner! Food was fresh and good. Our doodle enjoyed the patio and some water (plus some treats from our plates!)

We stayed on a Friday night. It was okay for the price. Pretty bare bones, no in-room coffee but it apparently is available in the lobby (didn't try it). The parking lot was noisy with men partying and setting off firecrackers. I would not have felt safe there alone. The room was clean. There was shampoo, but no conditioner. I would write it as acceptable, but probably would not stay there again. we got takeout from Cracker Barrel and met a lot of other other dog owners staying at various hotels also getting takeout there. It did not live up to the four star reviews on this and other travel rating websites.

Traveling to the Florida panhandle with Hayden, needed a good meal for Saturday lunch and found this place. It is located in a small shopping center. Was a welcome stop for our 70 pound pooch. Many adult beverages are two for one always.

We learned of this park from a billboard on SB I-95. It was a great stop for our 70 pound doodle. There are three areas, one for small dogs, one for large dogs, and one for senior dogs. Highly recommend!

Welcoming staff. Spending one night here while in town for a wedding. Just enough grassy area around for a short walk- surrounded by interstate and buildings, but modern and spacious accommodations. Would give 5 bones for the hotel itself and would stay here again!

They have a very long dining deck on the back overlooking the river. We had lunch there with our 75 pound Labradoodle. we ate the world, famous lump crab cake, which comes with one side. It was 100% great! Worth every penny.

We were passing through and wanted Hayden to have some exercise. very clean, well maintained, things to climb on, fresh water to drink.

A regular to the dog park told us not to worry about the permit sign. Everyone was friendly. Lots of open space. one fenced area is designated for dogs 20 lbs or less.

There is no fee required. There are two fenced areas so if you don’t like your dogs playing with dogs on one side you can take them to the other side. My husband brings are Labradoodle regularly. There was an occasion when someone from out of town brought an aggressive pitbull with no license or vaccination and they had to call animal control. Those are unfortunate risks with any dog park anywhere. But visitors are welcome!

Wonderful selection of coffee and tea beverages- something for everyone. Fresh and delicious bagels and breakfast sandwiches.

The proprietors were friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit worn but were clean enough. Glad that they are dog friendly and the fee is reasonable.

The address takes you to the Town Hall parking lot where you should park. The dog park only has about 4 parking spots. If you are looking at the front entrance to Town Hall, look to your right and find the dog park down the street a block. The chain link fence is black. There is a doggie water fountain. It didn’t come on for me

This is a truly dog friendly place, open for breakfast and lunch. The limited menu has delicious and some healthy choices. Order at the counter and eat at a very clean table overlooking the river in this bright and pleasant café. Well behaved dogs are welcome inside.
