We took or dogs to eat with us at the restaurant in the Basin Park Hotel. Everyone was wonderful and the food was good.

The people were friendly. Making reservations was easy. Having the Big Texas steak ranch on the property made it convenient to get good food without having to drive somewhere.

The hotel was nice and clean. The area around it was clean and nice especially the dog area. Everyone was friendly

Everything was good. The dogs enjoyed their treats the inn provided in our room. They like the dog park there too.

We enjoyed our stay at Gateway Studio Suites. It was clean, roomy and friendly. We had complimentary chili and nachos and popcorn. Also complimentary 2 drinks per room.

It was a nice, clean place. Apparently, it is a popular place to stay with your dogs in Las Cruces

The room was clean and roomy. The free breakfast was good and the overall place was peaceful and quiet.

When we first got to our hotel, they informed us that there would be no water for 24 to 28 hours due to water pipe repair, if we wanted to cancel. We decided that we could handle that length of time due to the fact that most of it was going to be spent away from the hotel. Unfortunately, the water was not back on after the 28 hours due to after the pipes were repaired and the water was turned back on, another pipe busted and the water works were going to have to dig down into the ground. This was all a misfortune , but they did refund a portion of our bill. The room was nice and the personnel was nice. Luckily, there was a public restroom near the hotel that open 24 hours.
