Hidden Gem
You won’t find doggie bags here and the water is quite cold as a rule, but it is a perfect place to bring your dog. I take mine swimming there in the mornings sometimes, before the families arrive. it is always quiet. once the park starts to fill up, we go to the trails. Pretty perfect for a couch potato dog. The trails are not long, maybe 3-5 miles.
