I have major PTSD and major Depression. My therapist signed the paperwork for me to have an ESA dog. After I have lost 15 family members from January 26 2018. Until now. I also lost my father in law in August 25 2018, my dad October 30.2018 and my husband 8 months later June 3 2019. My ESA dog was mine and my husband and ahe is great we both trained her our self. And she is a Bull Terrier and her name is Blaze.
