Customer service was very bad. First the person working at the front seemed so overwhelmed with his responsibilities that people checking in people calling in and he did not seem skilled at registering people. I had to wait quite a bit for everything to be sorted out. After that I went to my room and the whole place was filthy. Not clean around the areas outside the rooms. There was leftover food in the refrigerator from the party before me. I guess and faucet and the shower was faulty too many things that just didn’t work for me. I would never stay there again

Could not get in our room, unless someone from the front desk opened the door. Door lock was broken and had “no other room” to give us! I should had read the reviews.
