Pleasant stay and very dog friendly.

Best stay on our 2k trip. Comfortable for us and dogs.

I have been coming here for years and it has greatly declined. It appears ownership is not putting a cent back into the place. Maintenance is needed, the appearance is just sad and worn out. The breakfast used to be good and now the attempt is pathetic. The service is sullen. How hard is it to stock a diet soda of any type and why can’t I charge items from the front desk store? What does that have to do with the rate of my room? Other hotels have no problem with me charging a soda to the room and with me booking my room with the BringFido app. The only reason I would come back is the location is what I need and it is dog friendly.

On the pricey side for the room layout, but great mattress and shower pressure. Don’t like dog rooms that are not on the first floor. Makes me nervous about other people’s dogs on the elevator or stairs.

Tripped over a very uneven sidewalk at 5 in the morning while calling my dog. It was pitch dark. I laid sprawled on the grass for 15 minutes trying to get up, which I eventually managed. I am 71 with a replaced hip and two knee replacements. I thought I should report the incident to the front desk as the side walk and darkness is a safety concern. All I got from the desk agent was a smiling nod. No “I am so sorry” or “are you hurt?” I don’t think the agent understood English. It was bizarre!
