All of the staff was very friendly, and dogs are very welcomed!

This hotel allows dogs, but it is not dog friendly. You have to cross a busy street to find some green space that is next to offices (and, yes, those people can watch you). The lobby is beautiful, but the rooms are subpar. Visit the hotel to see the lobby, but don’t stay.
