We have a 4 year old husky and a 6 year old tuxedo kitty. We love to travel and from time to time bring our kitty, though she often stays with Grandma. Grandma Is not equipped to handle our K-9 baby, and so will now be looking for pet friendly places on our journey
We were so excited to have our fur baby included in all the farm fun. We will definitely be back if we are in the area.

This place was disgusting. If it wasn't a late arrival for a quick layover, we would not have stayed. We were so disgusted that our girls wouldn't even shower. We had 2 rooms and both were gross, stink bugs, windows so dirty you can't see out clearly, mold in the showers, condom wrappers in the drawers and dirty floors. The beds were hard and the furniture falling apart.
Then checkout was 11, at 10:45 they started calling asking if we were leaving (we were loading the luggage cart). We can forgive a lot of imperfections if customer service is good, but it was NOT. At checkout I mentioned the state of the rooms and said we would not have stayed if it hadn't been so late. I was told management would be informed and they would look at who cleaned last; really they needed to look at who had not been cleaning all along. Mold doesn't grow in one night.
We didn't try breakfast for fear that they took the same care with the food as the rooms. I highly recommend someplace else. As for our pup, she was allowed, but I wouldn't say welcomed. There was a little grassy area but there were empty bottles and broken glass everywhere, not very safe feeling.

Such a wonderful place, so welcoming to our fur baby, our toddler and the whole family. They had everything we could have needed. We were just passing through but would definitely come back when staying longer or passing through. Beds were comfortable too!! The only thing that could have made it better was some more grassy areas, but there was enough to get the job done.

I wish I could give this place 4.5 bones. It is nothing extraordinary, it is dated and has an odd set up to enter upstairs rooms. HOWEVER, the rooms were clean, beds are comfortable, the entire hotel is dog friendly and the first pet does not have a fee. On top of that, we had amazing customer service with the night audit person both the night before and the night of check-in. He was accommodating and personable. We were just passing through and it met our family and fur baby's needs for the night. There is some grass area for relief but no designated areas.

Overall it was okay. Pros: they have a complimentary made to order breakfast, the dog friendly rooms are close to exits, it is a flat pet fee no matter size or number of dogs. There are lots of sidewalks and a nature area in the same drive that you can stroll with Fido. Cons: our room was not exactly clean; it wasn’t filthy but there was a fake nail left by the toilet and some tissue alongside/under the couch. Mostly just missing the attention to detail in cleaning. Also, “pet-friendly” is a bit of an exaggeration. Pets are accepted with no questions asked. However, there is no set grassy area to walk the dogs, or clean up bags, so just be prepared with your own. I would love to see a few extra things/ some attention to detail (treats in the lobby, a designated grassy dog area etc). We would likely stay again if in the area.

We were traveling with our Husky and happy to find a place for her to run before getting back into the car. There were several other dogs there to play with and a water supply for the kiddie pool and water bowl!

We explored the ice caves and then decided to stay the night instead of driving the 3 hours home. This was our 9 month old husky’s first experience at a hotel, and this place welcomed her with open arms. They put us in a room close to the exit for the grassy (okay currently snowy) dog relief area, snuggled up on her and pointed us to the doggy welcome station that was equipped with treats! As for the human side of things, price was reasonable, beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was happy to point us to some great restaurants for dinner! I can’t wait to bring our girl back to explore this summer!
