Nice people, there will s a food truck, pizza oven, an outside bar, farm shop, and cool rustic farm stuff to see. Somewhere on there is a petting zoo, but we had our lab with us and we weren’t sure how she would react so we just walked around and let her look at the cow in the hydroponic gardens. I never saw any dog water, dishes, anywhere, so I took off one bone for that but they do sell water in the shop, but I’m sure they would give you a cup of water if you asked for it. They are super nice people.

The hotel is clean, affordable and does the job. Nice staff. For that I would rate it 5 bones. It doesn’t offer breakfast but they have vending machines. The reason I gave it 3 bones was due to a guest experience. The issue we had was not being able to reach reception when there several guests stinking of weed in the hallway, running their mouths (loudly) for nearly two hours. Why they didn’t go in their own rooms I have no idea. We were hoping that reception could call maintenance or a night shift security person to shoo them along to a common area, but they never picked up. It caused our German shepherd to be on alert the entire time and we didn’t get sleep until they finally left.

REALLY pleased with this recommendation. Easy, very, relaxed Keys atmosphere with dog friendly, attentive staff. Marisa was our server and she was super sweet to our girls, a GSD Freyja and Black Lab, Bella. The food was generous in portion, fresh and very well prepared. Table service was also excellent and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
This place was such a little jewel. It was pretty, clean, nicely covered picnic areas and a lovely little beach with shallow, clear water and soft sand. The Sandy area is narrow in some places but plenty large enough to set out chairs and play in the water. It was very calm and private when we were there. If you follow the boardwalk away from the parking lot, you will find many options that are no where near the road.
They do ask that you keep the dogs leashed for the safety of all, but we brought a long line as well as a walking leash and it was perfect. Lovely time and the girls had a blast.
Brought our adult German Shepherd Freyja and her “baby sister”, our 5 month old black lab, Bella with us for dinner on the water. The easy going and festive atmosphere was so much fun. Beautiful view, delicious meal and two very happy pups. Our server brought them a big bowl of ice water and they seated us at a table that was part of the atmosphere but socially distanced just enough that it was comfortable for a 74 pound GS to see the surroundings and make herself comfortable without being disruptive to others. I so appreciated the fact that they let us bring in our well behaved girls together (on leashes), because that isn’t always the case. Lazy days gets a big thumbs up from this family.

We have been on this cruise previously and saw smaller dogs on it. The crew and trip are amazing. Highly recommended to anyone. I booked a second trip and asked about the dog policy. I was told that any sized, well behaved dogs on a leash is perfectly welcome. I specifically told them the size and weight of our pups and they said it was fine. Maybe depends on what crew you get that day, or they have had a policy change. I recommend asking in advance as it looks like one reviewer had been turned away for their large dogs.

This is our first visit. I was hesitant because there were no photos (I’ve posted a few with Freyja this morning). Staff were friendly and accommodating. Brought fresh cold water immediately after we were seated. Checked on us multiple times. The breakfast we ordered was excellent quality with hearty portions. They have a wonderful fountain and great atmosphere with a choice of shade of sunny tables. It was nice to have patio seating that didn’t feel run down. Five bones for sure. We will be regular visitors with our pup. 🤗
