Not my first rodeo here. I picked my room and that was not what I wanted. The clerk (though nice), said I should be careful picking rooms because the picture is not always the same. Duh...but it shouldn't be challenging to pick a room with a couch. I ended up with the room I needed, however I was terrified to touch anything. The microwave looked like 30 kids had touched it with greasy hands. It made me concerned about everything else....doorknobs, light switches, etc. I'm not a germaphobe, but if I wouldn't have my own microwave look like that...the one person I saw was pleasant, but it was a hassle with two kids and a dog. Last thing, you should really set it up to be able to use and or receive member points for hotels, expedia does it. So should BringFido.
