Wouldnt Honor My Reservation
Best Western CoachlightI booked this room while on the road through another travel site, where it did not state that I needed to call ahead to inform them we needed a pet friendly room (this was not stated on the website I booked through). When arriving at 9:30 PM, they refused our reservation, stating no pet-friendly rooms were available. Worse yet, my reservation was non-refundable and neither the website nor the hotel was interested in helping me get my refund. I called the hotel after the fact to speak to the General Manager and never received a call back.

Good Location
Quality Inn & Suites Near White Sands National ParkThis was a great location(right on the main road, easy to get in/out of town) for our road trip and a true motel - rooms were recently renovated, but they are small. Bathrooms were a bit dirty and there really isnt a place for the dogs to do their business, but overall a decent stay.
