Friendly staff and clean and comfortable. At check-in, our little doggy got a special treat.

The staff was great and there was lots of space to walk outside.

We so appreciated feeling welcomed with our dog instead of tolerated!

Good location. Comfortable bed. I noticed a strong smell of disinfectant, but my doggie seemed to detect all kinds of smells. The staff were very kind.

We love staying at Drury hotels! This one was especially hard to find! We had 2 different sets of directions on our cell phones, but finally got there!
Our doggie, Dingo, thinks Ashley is his new bestie! He hated to leave even though we were finished with our delicious IPA’s, Scottish Salmon, and Rueben. Wonderful stop along Riverwalk!

rooms are clean and check in was easy. we were able to get a ground floor room which made dog walks simple

They had no rooms when we arrived.

It’s always great to be able to have their wonderful buffet and just rest for the evening while on a road trip. This hotel had a policy that pets not be on the elevator, but our room was on the 3rd floor. just a little inconvenient.

Multiple visits from the Pensacola police to intervene in fights in the courtyard. I had to sign a piece of paper acknowledging that I was only entitled to stay the night, not live there. Our room didn’t have towels, so when I requested some at the front desk, I was told they were in the dryer. I asked if I could get some towels when they were dry and she said she would bring them to the room, which didn’t happen. My doggie was a little on edge with all the police sirens and the headboard banging coming from the next room. The linens were clean and the room was old and run down. I don’t expect everyone to love my dog, but the staff reacted to my little 30 pound dog like he was a rattlesnake entering the lobby. Not sure what kind of place this is, but just wished I had slept in my car instead.

We had a great visit. Our pooch was given a doggie bone at check-in and Cracker Barrel was right next door for a takeout dinner.

The paths by the river made walking the dog so enjoyable. Amanda at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

There was no one to check us in at about 9 pm when we arrived. I finally went knocking on doors and surprised the staff. The room was missing small niceties such as toilet paper and coffee supplies. (Although there was a coffee pot). It was clean and quiet and we were given a room near an exit so that it was easy to walk our puppy.

Very nice grounds and lots of food choices nearby. The staff were very helpful and efficient! Comfortable room!

Not far from food and a fun dog park. It was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Our little doggie was welcomed and made himself right at home.

It was a great overnight stop with our dog. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. We took a short walk over to Rusty’s for dinner and we were able to sit on the back patio for beers and burgers with our pup!

Decided to leave after experiencing the same smell mentioned in another review. I think maybe someone was cooking with a lot of cumin? or warming up really fragrant food? The room seemed clean enough. The parking lot had lots of people strolling around aimlessly, Just didn’t feel safe. tiny patch of grass for the dogs. Lost my money because it’s a non refundable rate.

The room was very clean and so comfortable. It was my first hotel stay with my pup and I was surprised we were put on the 3rd floor. But it all worked out fine. I felt very safe walking around after dark since the outdoor space was very well lit. Staff was very friendly!

We had a great visit with our little dog, Dingo. The patio had plenty of room and the staff was very friendly. they offered a dish of water for him right away and the pizza was delicious!
