Large grassy area behind the building would be good for exercise, but not enclosed and no bags nor waste disposal facilities.

The hotel is well located, well maintained, with a friendly staff. Two clean grassy areas on hotel property with dog poop bags and disposal containers. A 5 min or so drive to a huge off-leash Bark Park. There is a hot breakfast, and a variety of cereals, pastries, juices. This will definitely be my preferred stop when staying in Yuma.

We have travelled from California to the east coast staying in dog friendly hotels, and feel this was the best experience we have had! Staff was friendly, and the property very clean! Contrary to another reviewer, I did not feel it was dated, but rather quite comfortable and well maintained! There is adequate green space for walking !
