The room space was fine—we had a King bed with sofa. Worn, but clean enough. Dogs were happy 😊 we all slept pretty well, with just a little noise from other lodgers in the hall. We had an upstairs corner room next the stairs. We recommend for a short stop during a road trip. The local dog park a short distance away was good. Friendly people and dogs. Happy travels!
