Friendly staff. Clean inside and out. Laminate floor - great for pets. Took one bone for their policy of no pets on furniture or bedding and charging $100 cleaning fee if they find pet hair on furniture or bedding and took another bone because they do not include this information in their pet policy posted on their website.
