Toby and Shilo love to travel!

Great location for dining and shopping. Free parking, clean rooms, and beautiful grounds to explore. Fireplaces outdoors to sit and enjoy. Great stay!

Reserved the fireplace room but the smell of kerosene and the black smoke billowing up on the wall made us turn it off. Wasted money right there for the upgrade. But the room was large and clean as a whistle! Location is central to everything. Restaurant is good. Grounds are clean. All in all, a good choice.

Comfy, clean and very convenient. Would definitely stay again if I’m back this way.

Where do I start? Open the door, which you have to slam to shut, and am assaulted by the smell of dirty water and bleach. TV remote doesn’t work despite lights flashing, so I have to operate by buttons under screen. I can deal with that. Sit on bed and the sheets pop off. The fitted elastic sheet was worn and the sheet was paper thin. Still not an issue, however, what WAS an issue was the mattress protector was too small and didn’t cover any of the corners, so I tried to stretch it only to find the GROSSEST, NASTIEST, blood and urine stained mattress I’ve ever seen. I mean, it looks like someone died and all their fluid spilled onto the mattress. The pillows smelled of stale sweat. It was very outdated as well and years of grime on floor and bathroom. I feel dirty for having stayed here. Truly one of the most disgusting places I’ve stayed. Great restaurant next door though. I feel bad, I want to be nice because the staff was nice but I would sleep in my car at the end of an alley rather than staying here again.

Very comfy bed! Update rooms. Found a pair of underwear on the floor - so maids need to step up their game, but otherwise a great stay!

Nice parks nearby to walk the kids, and super clean and room!

Clean with warm blankets and locale. Black Bear Diner right next door for dinner! Gas station next door for fill ups! Lots of grass for potty breaks! If I’m back this way, will definitely will stay here again!

Good location. Check-in girl was rude and messed up programming people’s key cards so we had to come back and she was annoyed by that. Then batteries needed to be changed on the door. After a long road trip, the 20 minute delay was annoying, and her attitude didn’t help. But the other clerks were nice! The room was clean and bed was comfy!

You get what you pay for. Bullet hole in my window slider and bumped into a tweaker on the dog walk.
Overpowering fragrance in the room that left me with a headache and restless dogs who wouldn’t eat.
Upon check in, the male clerk couldn’t figure out how to check me in and after 10 minutes he finally asked the the woman clerk to do it. Dogs running loose everywhere. I will NOT stay on my way back. I will happily pay to stay somewhere that won’t make me sick or worry about a drive-by shooting.

I stayed at a Sheraton during this same trip, and this hotel was cleaner and had better amenities! Fridge and microwave in the room and neither in the Sheraton! Nice mid point between destinations and lots of restaurants and things nearby.

The hotel itself is decent, if you don’t mind drug addicts as neighbors; they stumble down the hallways like a pinball in a pinball machine. The staff was useless - wouldn’t put out more cups for coffee, didn’t want to bring me a refrigerator (I eventually got one but it was a fight). If you don’t have dogs and are staying on the 8th or 9th floor, you already have one in your room, no extra charge, but for everyone else, it is $10 per day.
At check-in, they took my card for incidentals on a prepaid room. They immediately charged $436 to my card. Upon checkout, they charged another $225. So while I should have been charged $120 for pet fee, refrigerator, and the fee of $44 that they say is for cleaning and use of the pool, I was charged $661 AND the $120. Two days after I got home I was refunded the $661. I would give it zero bones but that’s not an option.

It’s old and needs updating. Lots of people live here and it feels unsafe. The sound of the pool and waterfall is comforting though.

Before I booked, I called the hotel directly to ensure I could leave dogs in room so I could see a show. I also asked if I could get early check in and was told “no problem, just call the day before” by a gentleman. Upon calling the day before, the woman said there were no rooms for the one I purchased. I said ok, I can upgrade because I have to check in. She was snotty and said that isn’t possible. I kept pushing because the gentleman said it wouldn’t be a problem. She finally tutted and said she’d upgrade room.
Well, I get there and lo and behold, it wasn’t upgraded. Upon checkout, they actually charged me when I had already paid in full through BringFido. They blamed the computer and refunded me, but really? Aside from that, the location is good (1” minute walk from theater) and restaurants and amenities. The rooftop bar was great for view but the bartender was annoyed at my showing up. She ignored me while she scrolled on her phone, until I finally asked if I could order. For what I ordered, the price was RIDICULOUS! $46 for a drink, and 3 chicken satay like things. Hotel good, staff not so much.

So much around the hotel makes this a perfect location. Easy to get to concerts and casinos and shopping. Rooms are clean and staff are very pleasant!

I checked in and immediately found a baguette, Q-tip, large big, room key, candy wrapper and a peanut on the floor. The toilet lid was up and poo stains were in the toilet and on the seat. I went down to reception, shoes now sticking to the tile floor near the elevators from the filthy sticky carpet in the room, and rather than give me a new, clean room, they gave me a drink ticket. Also, no refrigerators in the room but they give you one on request. A guy brings one up and guess what? It was filthy and smelly inside and out. I will NEVER stay here again. I actually almost went home but it was too long a drive. They charge you for location but a Motel 6 would have been better. Just gross.

Rude guests. I got an hour sleep because other guests were so loud. And upon turning lights on found scattering cockroaches in my room. It seemed clean but how clean could it be if there were cockroaches? Other guests wandering around with off leash dogs and large dogs barking ALL night. A man yelling in the hall about a fake service dog biting him and arguing with the owner. I want to give this hotel 1 bone but that’s based on guests and noise and not fair to the staff. But the cockroaches had to knock the hotel itself (aside from the terrible guests) down from a 3 bone review.

Perfect location for the Music Hall and super clean rooms and restaurant with a good selection of drinks and food. Breakfast vouchers with a great selection and taste! makes a nice change from the free breakfast of powdered eggs and packaged muffins, fresh fruit and food! The rooms are spacious and updated! The blackout curtains are amazing! will definitely stay again!

Great location with amenities galore! Here to see a show at the theater which was only a 10 minute walk. Happy with the restaurant selection. Within walking distance as well! I’ll be back!

Great location and nice waterfall noise to muffle any noise doggies might make. I had to leave my boys in the room for a meeting and one has a little anxiety and whimpered a bit but no one would know! Clean rooms are very important too!

I had to cancel/reschedule at 9am of the day I was due to stay because I lost my wallet. I had no money for gas or for the pet fee because all my cards and money were gone. I was going to stay here to see the Van Gogh exhibit, and they have a non-cancellation/reschedule clause as well but they understood and let me reschedule. But this hotel and general manager wouldn’t budge so I’m out $111, as well as my stress from losing my wallet. So no, I will never use this chain because they don’t care about their clients, only the bottom line.

Hotel itself is great but the staff lie and are prickly.

Cleanest bathroom ever! Great room and location. Room service - tried to hand me the hot plate without the tray. No silverware and had to wait 5 minutes for it when I am 3 rooms down from dining room. Also, no receipt because the printer was not working. All very minor issues when it boils down....

Great for budgeters but the carpet was FILTHY and wet spots everywhere. I didn’t know if I was walking in dog pee or carpet shampoo still wet. Also, the room was dirty. My dog found starburst and balls and all sorts of filthy dust and wrappers under the bed. Doesn’t anyone properly clean??????? Under the bed! Won’t stay again but you get why you pay for. Staff was very nice tho!

Hot water at a hotel? Actually, YES!
Nice rooms, good location.
One problem, I asked for a room on the 1st floor and called a few times to make sure I was getting one and was assured each time. Well.... it didn’t happen. I am disabled and need a room close to reception, not traipsing around floors.

Room was great but the lady helping me seemed bored and irritated and put out to help me. Breakfast bar is ample!

Walmart nearby for necessities, and rooms are roomy and clean

Nice big rooms with kitchenettes! Great staff, great location

Great location. Quite noisy guests and echos in the central hallway, but clean and great staff
