We got stuck in a snowstorm no power highways closed roads down. The hotel had no power didn’t offer waters or blankets. Didn’t refund our stay gave us one flashlight that died in the middle of the night. Had to go buy a sleeping bag to sleep in. I understand it’s not their fault however they did not go out to make us feel anyway comfortable or safe and wouldn’t even give our full stay back.
