Our dog had fun
Pooch Hotel Chicago West LoopWe left Rango at this daycare while checking out Chicago. They were very nice and seemed super safe. They let us know that our first visit there was free and our dog was going to get a free treat because it was his birthday month. Finally because it was our first visit, we got a surprise bag full of dog supplies. Overall, our dog had fun.

Very nice
Virgin Hotels ChicagoThe parking garage we parked in outside was very sketchy and we had to make sure that our stuff was locked inside before checking into the hotel because it was not exclusive to the hotel. When we arrived the app didn’t work on our phones to check in but we asked for our cards at the front desk. The 2nd floor was very nice for hanging out and getting work done and the rooftop restaurant had a stunning view and great food. The gym was great and had plenty of equipment. When we arrived at our room on the 23rd floor, there was a statue of a puppy in front of our room indicating that we were a pet friendly room. They provided a pet bed that was very comfy and our dog enjoyed it, the human beds were comfy too! Overall, great location and great service.

Outside the city
Baymont by Wyndham IndianapolisThe staff here was great, they were a little understaffed but their hospitality and personality made up for it. We booked the pet suite ahead of time but when we checked in we got a tiny room because the dog suite had been booked by someone without a dog. The pool was really nice and, although humid, the workout room was very helpful.
