Yummy food, friendly staff
Squeeze InThey don't have a patio, but they allow dogs near the back. Recommend calling ahead to let them know so they'll have a table ready. Food was delicious. Lots of gluten free and vegan options too!
Cozy patio and great food
Mosquito CafeWe enjoyed the enclosed patio with our dog. We had a corner where he could watch people walking down the street. We were impressed with the menu. I had the gluten-free grilled shrimp tacos with BBQ beans and rice. My honey had the plain 'ole burger. They have local craft beer, wine, and several kinds of mimosas. We might go back for breakfast today!
Great food, drinks, atmosphere, and service
Habana RestaurantThere are two outdoor seating areas where dogs are welcome. They bring water for your pooch first thing. The food and drinks were awesome: full bar plus house speciality drinks. The Cuban theme and salsa music add a nice touch. There is a bit of road noise outside, and the chairs are a bit hard on the toosh, but well worth a visit!
Great place to wear out your dog!
Garvan Woodland GardensWe were visiting Hot Springs with Red, and we wanted him to have some fun too before we went off to do human-only things. He loved this park, and he was plenty worn out when we finished walking all the trails. (So was I.) His favorite activity was watching the coy. The park says that they have several dog watering stations throughout the park, but we never saw one. We finally let Red drink from a rocky creek bed that he could reach without stepping into in.
Great dog park
Hot Springs Bark ParkThis is a picturesque park, with large and small dog sections. Plenty of seating in the shade for humans and water for dogs. Poor Red didn't have any other doggie dogs to play with though. Three friends left as we were driving up, and those were the only other dogs we saw. (It was midday Thursday.)
Good for the pooch
Fat Jack's Oyster Sports Bar & GrillThe restaurant patio is dog friendly, but the food wasn't that great. We had fried catfish, shrimp, and oysters, which seemed to be previously frozen and then overcooked. The ambiance is nice as the patio area is carved out of the side of a rock wall. We were the only guests on the patio, and our dog had a good time passing out in the shade in the middle of the floor on a hot day.
