I loved this little motel! It’s dated for sure and a little worn, but clean as a whistle and included a very comfortable bed and all amenities and continental breakfast. Behind the motel is an inviting, fenced grassy/shady area, lovely for sitting and for dogs. Although it’s located on a busy street I did not find it to be noisy. I would definitely stay here again.

My room was clean and quiet with average amenities, but the location along the Middle Popo Agie River was what really shines. There are steps down from the parking area to a deck with seating and further to the grassy area along the shaded river’s edge. The breakfast was minimal but adequate.

The room was clean and nice, although the location was a little odd. Instead of a window there was a sliding glass door (with curtain) leading to the interior amenities such as spa, pool, etc. The sliding door couldn’t quite close tightly which meant that voices were audible when there were people in that area. A good free breakfast was available in the restaurant, and I appreciated that they allowed dogs to be there. The waitress on duty was super friendly. I was disappointed that there was no decaf coffee. The pet area was fine, with bags available.

The room was spacious and bright and spotless. It included a kitchen area with cooktop, mike, large fridge with freezer, even a dishwasher, plus plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, and cookware. The bathroom was large and very well equipped. The people manning the desk were very friendly. In lieu of a breakfast area, there was a room with 24-hour complimentary coffee, fresh fruit, and oatmeal. In addition, there were sandwiches, snacks, etc for purchase. I would have been happy to stay for a week!

I’m impressed by how much the attitude of the desk person matters. When I arrived I felt like a burden, and it took a long, tedious, uncommunicative time to check me in. The room itself was adequate and clean enough, though run down. Breakfast was minimal continental.

Nothing fancy, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. There was a nice little private grassy pet area with plastic bags and waste can. I would be happy to stay here again.

Quiet, good outdoor space for walking our dog, friendly and welcoming. Not a fancy place, but clean with all the amenities we cared about. Suggestion for improvement: more electric outlets for recharging our devices.

Super nice room, good breakfast (though for people only!), friendly staff, plenty of area for dogs to walk. Beautiful area!
