It's fine
The CampWe visited with our 3 medium- large dogs. They do permit leashed dogs. Be aware that it is near a busy road and there is no fence for most of it; it would take a little work, but a Houndini could break out. It's a mostly gravel area with an assortment of food trucks and picnic tables, and a bar. There's nothing particular for dogs to do. Today, not all the food trucks were open and the coffee shop didn't have any of the menu items I wanted. (Though the barista was kind and helpful!) The bar was reminiscent of a beach bar, had quite a few beers on tap, and happy hour 4-7. Great bartender. Overall our dogs were pretty bored. I think this would be a fun place to hang out with lots of friends, or to see live music. However as a couple traveling with dogs, it's value was limited for us.
Great stay
Hotel Preston Nashville AirportWe had a wonderful 2 night stay here during a long road trip. Our room was spacious and comfy. Bed was just right with plenty of pillows. I really liked the pink blanket too! It also had a great view!! We LOVED that there is a small off-leash dog park. It's not fancy, but it's well fenced and plenty of room for a few dogs to get a bit of the wiggles out. There is some shade, a bench, and a waste station. We did try to spend some time with our dogs in the pool area (not letting them in the water) first thing in the morning. Unfortunately, when others wanted to use the pool, we were asked to leave. I understand that rule but would sure love to have used the pool and bar all day! Since you cannot leave the dogs in the room alone, that was not an option. Carrie at the bar was a delight. Have her make you an old-fashioned her way!
Highly recommend for dog lovers.
