We stopped by Basic City after a hike at Shenandoah National Park (Turk Mountain Trail, also recommend!). This was a great spot, plenty of outdoor space, and dogs are allowed inside! We got beer flights, pizza and nachos.. everything was great!

Farm Bell Kitchen has a nice covered outside patio, which was helpful as it was rainy in the day we visited. When it rains, dog friendly options can be limited as most are outdoor patios so this is a great option! They brought my pup a water bowl and the food was DELICIOUS! I got the Southern Benedict (pork belly, grit cake, hashbrowns, poached egg.. amazing!) and we spilt a mimosa carafe at the table! Highly recommend and we will be back!

Their patio out front was dog friendly. I was in town for a 14U baseball tournament and after the games, a majority of the team and parents came to dinner! There was plenty if space outside. The group has 2 dogs with us. Staff was very friendly and the food was delicious! The team got the big queso to split, I got fajitas!

My friend and I stopped in with 2 dogs (cavapoo, 26lbs & golden doodle puppy, 23 lbs). The patio had about 7-8 tables, so there was decent space! The restaurant was not far off I-95 with a convenient parking lot that had some grassy areas. Cute town, patio was shaded, they had dog water bowls and staff was very friendly. Our food was delicious.. teenager got a burger and the adults got friend green tomatoes, shrimp and grits and lobster Mac! Would definitely recommend!
