At the start of the pandemic I adapted an unsocialized dog from the local animal shelter. Torch is one of the few places where I'm completely comfortable taking her. They have a huge patio with lots of picnic tables, fire pits for chilly nights and umbrellas and sunshades for hot sunny days. The food is really good. Yes, service outside can be a little slow, but with the wonderful ambiance and a good drink in your hand, who's in a rush?
