Very nice
La Quinta by Wyndham JoplinHotel was nice with spacious rooms. Patrons with dogs are on the ground level making it easy to go out. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very nice; best I’ve encountered since Covid.
Excellent stop
Living History FarmsBeautiful grounds and very welcoming to the four legged kids. The interpreters were very knowledgeable and enjoyed sharing that knowledge. Dogs are not typically allowed in buildings but you can see most things from the doorway and the interpreters will come to you. A fee of the buildings welcomed us in with the dogs. (One in a stroller and the other very well behaved). Dogs can even take the wagon out to the farms and meet the animals
Sufficient
Motel 6 West Des Moines IARoom had been remodeled but very basically. Ex: holes in wall where curtains were removed. Room was clean. If you are a light sleeper I do not recommend. Noise from interstate, air conditioning and refrigerator.
Nice
Motel 6 Greenwood Village CO - Denver - South Tech CenterLocation was quiet. Currently working on the exterior. Very small pet relief area. Room was nice, clean and quiet.
Nice place to stretch
Pappajohn Sculpture Parknice little park with easy parking around the perimeter. Dogs & humans enjoyed stretching their legs on our road trip. Beautiful setting.
Nice place to rest our heads
La Quinta by Wyndham Clinton Historic Route 66Nice rooms very clean and modern. Stayed only one night passing through but hotel was quiet. Several grassy spots surround hotel and area is not busy. Staff friendly and helpful. We had one large and one tiny dog with us.
Ok stay
Days Inn by Wyndham CarthageHotel was off our route buy a bit but they took large dogs and that is what I needed. Hotel is not fancy but serviceable. Has and interior and exterior door. Beds were comfortable. Walls a little thin so heard some noise from rooms as well as outside. Thankfully our neighbors were mostly quiet.
