Sadly, Purdys has closed for good. They were dog friendly while they lasted.

So we chose Dixies because it was a breakfast place on BringFido. Despite nice weather, there were no tables out front. Pup sat in the car and we did get fast service and pretty good food.

I learned that girls still do dress up to go out. Me, I go dragging up to the Iron Horse looking like 300 miles of bad road, Pit Bull in tow. Food was good, dog mooched fries. Grateful for outdoor seating even though it was a little chilly.

Oh gosh this was a great stop. Excellent food, beer and waitstaff that were very sweet to the pups. They even brought water bowls, not that we asked or were expecting.
