Traveling through Colorado with our dogs and basically all off leash dog areas in Denver were sand/dirt and I couldn’t have my pups getting nasty for our Airbnb. Found this place and so glad I did! It’s a bit small, but enough area for the dogs to run around and play. They have lots of water bowls, a little pool, dog inspired craft brews, and food! Also smoking friendly. It could’ve been cleaner, but for a smaller place with astroturf I honestly couldn’t expect much better!

My dogs and I are visiting Denver for the week and after looking at all of the off leash dog parks and seeing that they were all sand, I decided to try Sloans Lake and glad I did! Even though there is not an off leash area, it’s a beautiful place to walk and there are lots of dogs and green grass. Much better than a stinky dirty pee park that would’ve required a bath in the Airbnb afterward!
