I loved how clean the hotel was inside and out as well as ok to leave Luna in room when we went out! The only downside was there was no green space for potty time or a designated area for pet relief. I even asked the staff and they were unfortunately unaware as well. Staff was friendly at check-in, day time staff was unaware of many reward points programs. Overall, I'd stay again.
