This is our first stay at this hotel and it won’t be our last. It fit the needs of our family including our pup. Nice room, friendly staff, and tasty food. Thank you.

This HI Express was as they always are -- clean, neat, and up to date. They welcomed us and our pup and were very kind.

Our pup Bonnie loved every minute of her stay. The policies are very pet friendly. We were able to bring her into a large lodge room where we could eat our dinner and breakfast with our pup. She even got a pup cup from the Starbucks there. Outstanding.

The hotel was lovely. They expected us and welcomed our dog with kind words and a treat. Thank you.

Nice staff. Room was clean. A lot of place for our pup. I think they are understaffed as our room was not serviced by a housekeeper during our three night stay. Not sure if that is the new norm in many hotels due to the pandemic and its aftermath? The trash in the the public spaces was overflowing including pet waste.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel welcomed our pup and is located across the street from a lot of green space. The city is a great walking town and there were many people out with their dogs. Loved it.

Our dog friendly room was perfect. Large, clean and quiet.

This hotel Is just great. Wonderful location. Friendly, helpful staff. Our room was lovely and immaculate. Our pup was welcomed. Our room was nice and quiet which is always helpful when traveling with a noise sensitive pup. I highly recommend.

The staff was nice. The bed and bathroom were clean. That’s about it. A previous guest’s food was in the fridge. The room looked like it was decorated in the 70s. The dark brown carpet…yuck. Who knows the last time it was cleaned? It was noisy beginning at 4 am due to departing guests filling their coolers at the adjacent ice machine. Fortunately are pup was unaware of outside noise and slept which was a very good thing. Grateful when the time came to get out of there. I do not recommend.

We are winding down our vacation and we’re not disappointed with this lovely hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Our pup was welcomed by the very friendly staff. The hotel is convenient to the expressway, restaurants and not too far from Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Outstanding.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They were very pet friendly explaining the pet relief area and giving a treat to our pup. The room was comfortable and clean and met our expectations. The staff member we encountered was very nice.

We had a great stay. Our room was very nice, clean and quiet. Despite having a large number of guests with dogs, there was no noise. They had a designated relief spot for the dogs and provided a milk bone for our pup on check in. My only slightly negative comment was a weak Wi-Fi signal. My guess is, with so many guests using the Wi-Fi in the evening, there was not enough “band width” to cover all of the users. Things were great in the morning. Not a big concern just an opportunity for improvement. Thanks for a great stay.

The hotel met our family and Pet’s need very well. The hotel was conveniently located with easy access for our pet.

Our room was nice, clean and I felt safe…all positive. Sadly, the pet side is in need of improvement. The walls are extremely thin and the location of our room although thoughtful on the hotels part meant that our dog heard the comings and going of countless people. There must have been a party somewhere because this went on very into the early morning hours. As a result our pup was very restless and could not settle down to sleep. Of course, we did not want her to bark at all the noises so we pretty much lost most of our night’s sleep keeping her calm. Our dog’s reactivity to sounds is our issue but the loud environment is theirs. The staff was very nice. I am sorry to leave negative comments.

This hotel was wonderful. We had a quiet room that was spacious and immaculate. We were happy they placed us in a quiet wing because our pup startles and reacts to unexpected noises. The front desk staff member was so kind and helpful. I wish we had some more time to spend there. Kudos to this great place.
