Wow we were right on the river & got to hear it rumble by all night. It was quiet & dark making the stars just brilliant. They were duplex-like rooms that were perfect for humans & our dog. She could walk right out onto a back patio & onto a nice grassy area. The room had a small fridge, microwave & coffee pot. There was a very nice restaurant right on the property and lots of food options 10 minutes away. This was just a one night pass through stay but I look forward to coming back here sometime & staying longer. I loved it & so did my basset hound.

On a road trip with my old basset hound. Easy access to pet potty, room was awesome, comfortable bed. Good food options nearby & lots of food delivery options. Staff was super. I’ll stay here again.

I liked this hotel. The bed was comfy, area was safe (single elderly traveler), easy check-in, no issues with having my one dog. We are pretty good guests ourselves so places should be accommodating. Nice grassy areas right around the hotel, no major nearby roads, quiet & lots of nice chat with my hound. Pricey with a $100 nonrefundable fee but unfortunately we all pay for the folks who leave damage or don’t clean up. I’d stay here again if I’m in the area.

bed very comfy. Room spacious w a fridge, stove and microwave. Lots of area around the hotel for walks with green space. Definitely a good place to stay when you’re with your pets!!

We had such a nice stay here! We didn’t get to enjoy some of the things such as homemade pies but was a perfect resting place for 2 humans and 2 basset hounds. The room was super comfortable with a nice bed, a small patio but also a Great kitchenette where we could store food and beves. Walking distance to the dog beach. And everyone here were really sweet . Highly recommend if Avila Beach is your hang spot or mid destination.

Really good food and beautiful setting right on the water. They gave the hounds a nice bowl of water and we had plenty of space to keep them settled while we enjoyed our meal. Worth visiting!
