Real Dogs Tolerated/Not Really Welcomed
DeRomo's Gourmet Market & RestaurantTiny dogs go everywhere outside. Our dogs had to sit in the outdoor mall’s walkway (where they were in danger of getting trampled) and one female employee seemed to freak if the dogs wandered out of the walkway and came near our table. I felt very uncomfortable here.
Friendly To Toy Dogs
Flavio's Brick Oven and BarIf you own a real dog (as opposed to a toy dog/pocket dog/purse dog), look elsewhere. The outdoor dining area is EXTREMELY cramped.
Great Tour For Dogs!
Oliver Bentleys Historic Dog Walk TourIt’s been a month since our tour and I’m afraid I’ve forgotten the names of our tour guide, tour dog, and host, but they were all great! It was a bit cold (January 31st? Cold? Who woulda guessed!), but we had a great tour nonetheless. We really enjoyed the beautiful historic buildings we saw on the tour and the Greyhounds loved the walk (and treats)! I’ll definitely do it again when I’m in Savannah! Hopefully on a nice cool Spring morning!
Extremely Dog Friendly
Kimpton Brice Hotel an IHG HotelI was just passing through with 4 Greyhounds. This was the only place in town we could stay. Beautiful hotel. I don’t know Savannah well, but the location seemed safe and it seemed to be near the center of all the action.
Great Place!
Holiday Inn Port St Lucie an IHG HotelOur Airbnb in Palm Beach got cancelled the night before, stranding me with 4 greyhounds and no place to stay. Holiday Inn PSL let us stay here. Nice, clean , modern hotel. Our room was nice. It was on the second floor, as an earlier reviewer reported.
The staff here was super friendly! Thank you, Holiday Inn PSL!
