Dogs loved it!
Miners Falls TrailSUPER buggy (mosquitoes) so make sure your pups are covered for heartworm prevention. And protect yourself from death by a million mosquito bites by dousing yourself in bug spray. 😂
There are public bathrooms at the trailhead that are pretty decent. The falls are a wonderful and beautiful site to see, and it’s a great walk for the pups!
Beautiful location!
Brockway Mountain DriveI felt like I was on top of the world! There are a bunch of areas where one can pull off and take pictures, and a couple of really nice viewing areas. Super peaceful and awe inst!
Almost perfect for the doggos!
Tahquamenon Falls State ParkWe only had time for the Upper Falls, once you get to the stairs, unless you have a large dog with big paws, you’ll want to carry your furry friend up/down the stairs as they’re made of metal grates. Also, bring your bug spray!
Loved it!
Great Lakes Shipwreck MuseumSuch a cool place, and so awesome that dogs are allowed everywhere the humans are! (Lighthouse was under construction, so we unfortunately could not go in it.)
Beautiful, but bring the bug spray!
Munising FallsWhat a beautiful area! our pups absolutely loved it, and we did too, except for the mosquitoes. Holy cow, don’t forget your bug spray, and do yourself a favor and get a bug net too!
