When I lived in MO, I passed frequently and never stopped. On a fast trip, we stopped here. They were very friendly to the dog, and even had treats behind the counter for her. Two stories of shopping, so she enjoyed looking around. Some areas were a little tight. But traveling solo, it was great because the bathrooms were singles, and I just took the dog with me. Nice to stop and stretch legs in the AC... and the chocolate turtles were pretty good too!

Stayed here while trying to get home. Very friendly with my dog, who can sometimes be dog reactive. After 24+hours in the car, I was concerned, and when another dog approached counter while checking in, they brought my paper over for me to sign away from the desk. Space was very clean. When I called to confirm they had dog friendly rooms available, they stated all their rooms are dog friendly. the room set up seemed well suited to having a dog in the room. If your dog is sound sensitive, you may want to place something against the bottom of the door, and possibly request high room. In the morning I could hear person above clomping around, although it may just have been a very heavy footed person.
