Hotel is a little old, one front staff member was great, the other was terrible. Pool was a little cold. Everything else was good. Real nice walking trail near hotel.

This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. It is about 40 years out of date, dirty, nasty, and terrible. On arrival at 6PM, there was nobody at the front desk. Upon eventually finding an employee, she appeared intoxicated, out of sorts, and was as otherwise rude. Our room was horrible, it stunk, and appeared like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. There was hair and grime on every surface, toilet seat was not connected. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

They have an EV charger, rooms are nice, right on the beach, bar is good. No complaints at all!

We were at the end of the hallway on the 13th floor. It was a very long walk to take my dog outside. The fridge and the coffee maker didn't work. Nice place to go see the Mall of America, but it could have been better, especially for the price.

This place looks like it was nice maybe 15 years ago. The room was not that clean, things were torn, worn, and smelled musty. Don’t be deceived by the nice(ish) lobby, the rooms have seen better days. There are much better hotels in the area for the same price. Surprised this hotel is still owned by Hilton.

We arrived on a summer day to a hot room, like really hot. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up. The technician changed the filter in the AC and said that although the previous filter did not look dirty, he didn’t have many options and it was likely the compressor that was going bad. I called the front desk and requested a new room and they told me they did not have any other rooms. In the end, we slept in a room that was about 85 degrees. The rest of the hotel and area was great, but the hot room was a bummer.
