We travel often from Ohio to MO/KS, and often stay in Effingham. Pleasantly surprised to have this new park! Water fountains and dog waste stations are installed. Please be advised that the address is 1200 N Maple. The dog park is immediately north of the ball diamond. Flanked by Harmony Park and Evergreen Hollow Park if your kids need exercise too!
