While this is an older hotel, it is well maintained and very clean as well as pooch friendly. Every bathroom had different tile with sunken sinks. Bed was really comfortable. Lots of nice little amenities as well, such as a mini kitchen sink, fridge and bottled water. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful (Jeff) and accommodating. Price was also very reasonable and the pet fee wasn’t ridiculous. I would come stay again in a heartbeat 💜!!

I would give this place ZERO bones if I could! They get one only because they refunded the pet fee. We walked through the door to our room and were hit by the stench of marijuana and this was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel! I brought it to the attention of the guy on duty and his response was, “Yeah?" like what do you want me to do about it? And then he tries to claim it was coming from outside. But that wasn’t even the worst part...T

The room was FILTHY! They showed me another room and it was no better. There were dead cockroaches and dirt on the floor behind the bed? I went to ask for a broom and dustpan and as I was sweeping my husband moved the beds for me and there was more bugs, trash, puzzle pieces and spilt STICKY STUFF on the floor! I then asked for a mop and bucket and disinfectant spray. I had to mop my own room!!!!

We couldn’t get a refund that night and it was 10pm at night and we weren’t sure how far another hotel was that took dogs. When we tried to get a refund from the manager, we were told, “We aren’t giving you a refund because you could have gone elsewhere.” I’ve stayed in old motels needing renovation, but they were at least clean. This place needs to be improved!
