We stayed at this hotel because it was listed as dog friendly. When we signed in we were presented with a waiver to sign related to the dog which isn’t unusual, however, this one went completely overboard. The first line was if you don’t sign this waiver your reservation will be immediately cancelled. They went into the details about if your dog peed in the wrong area or was present in the wrong area or barked etc., and the penalty for breaking a rule was IMMEDIATE EVICTION, NO REFUND OF YOUR HOTEL STAY AND AN ADDITIONAL $250.00 FEE FOR BREAKING A RULE. We found this to be excessive and unwelcoming.
Additionally the television did not work at all. They said their DirectTV was down for the entire hotel so no television service. The refrigerator/freezer was not working it warmed everything we took out of our cooler to just cooler than room temperature including my medicine and our freezer packs we use in our coolers were melted in the freezer section. When I told them at checkout that our fridge wasn’t working they did not apologize for the inconvenience they just said “oh, was there anything else.” They were not friendly and the hotel was rather run down and across the street from the Reno airport which is being expanded so getting in and out was like an obstacle course. Of the many many hotels we’ve stayed at using BringFido this is the first with such an extreme pet policy, run down hotel, no television and inoperable fridge. We would NOT recommend this hotel for you or your fur baby.

Everyone was so kind and welcoming to us and our dog. Breakfast had a great yogurt bar with fruit, nuts, granola & honey. Everything was very modern and it was surely a boutique hotel. They are right across a national park with a beautiful river walk where you can take your dog. One of our favorites of all our BringFido stays. We couldn’t recommend it more.

This was a nice safe clean stop w/continental breakfast.

Great greetings as we arrived and they let us bring both of our dogs. Couldn’t ask for a better dog-friendly hotel.
