Needs some renovation. Carpet needs to be replaced and a paint job interior would be a plus.

The reviews were good for this hotel, so we booked and stayed here! The room wasn’t very clean, very smelly, the pet area was minimal and mostly mud. There was freezing rain during the night and no effort was made to get salt or ice melt on the walkway or the parking lot! Extremely dangerous, especially for older folks!

The stay was good. It's an older hotel but well maintained. The room was large and very clean. Plenty of room for our pup's kennel with room to get around. The staff was great. Breakfast was pretty standard but better selection than some other hotels. The only negative was the pet area was up a large hill and a bit of a walk across the parking lot from the hotel so if you had to take your puppy out late at night. it was a little scary. There were no poop bags either, so bring your own.

This was a moderate hike. a lot of roots and large rocks on the trail and a lot of uphill on the return. if you’re a senior hiker, get rested before you start back! it is worth the hike just for the suspension bridge. In September the waterfall was very small but still nice.
