Great service, large menu, outdoor deck seating right next to a beautiful waterfall. Our small dog was very comfortable. Highly recommend !

Glade Springs has rules that are not dog friendly. We were told at check-in we had to crate our dog if left alone in the room. Our 8 lb Poodle mix has not been in a crate since he was 3 months old, and we don’t travel with a crate. The only dining on the property has a beautiful outdoor patio but does not allow dogs. The property is far from any other dining choices and it was very hot weather so not an option to have our little guy stay in the car for us to eat dinner. Disappointing.

This Hampton did not acknowledge our small dog in any way. They told me they could not give me a receipt for the stay and could not see the charges on their computer because I had booked through a third party (Fido). The breakfast was very disappointing - not much offered and a messy area. The only grass for dog walking is on a next door restaurant's lawn. Not the best.

Our poodle mix sweetie was welcome in the patio lounge/restaurant and the server immediately brought him a water bowl and a china plate with tiny dog treats. Well done in every respect!

Excellent food on a beautiful patio which our puppy thoroughly enjoyed.
