Rockwood is a lovely, small park, with a paved pathway and a connection to the Delaware Greenways trails. It’s an easy walk, maybe a mile or so, with a few hills. It’s a well-kept county property, and it’s an easy walk to get to the larger nearby state park at Bellevue.

Trails, woods, fishing pond, community gardens, horses, meadows, tennis, picnic tables, 1+ mile oval track, and a dog lover’s dream for variety and points of interest for the pupper. Whether a quick walk to stretch the legs or a nice 1-, 2-or 3-mile trail hike, dogs love this place and pretty sure you will, too! Well-kept state park, a gem really.
