Noisy & outdated

Best Western Paradise Inn of Nephi

It seems to me that many hotels I used to stay in before I got my dogs SAY they are pet friendly, but that is only because they allow your pet to stay with you. This hotel was SO NOISY we just couldn't get any sleep. I won't ever stay here again.

Old, run down & dirty

Best Western Plus King's Inn & Suites

I am really surprised at the positive reviews for the pet friendly room. My experience was quite the opposite! We arrived & I felt good when I checked in - the lobby was nice & open & staff was friendly. But when we got to our room, we were shocked! The door had no weather stripping & you could see light under it & around it. The inside of the door was very dirty, the sheers on the window were shredded & had holes, the sheets didn't fit the king bed & wouldn't stay on the mattress, the blanket was torn & shredded around the edges. The soap, shampoo & conditioner dispenser in the shower was cheap & difficult to pump the contents from, the water didn't have a temperature regulator & one could easily get burn (but they did have very hot water). I paid $150 for a pet friendly room & for that I must have been given the worst room there. One positive: There wasn't carpet in the pet friendly room. This travel experience with 'Pet Friendly Best Westerns' has caused me to never stay in a BW hotel again.

Decent Hotel

Flat Creek Inn

The pet friendly room is a double queen room. I had enough room to set up my pups' pen. The room are outdated & could use an update. The beds were VERY uncomfortable and very soft so you sunk into the middle when you sat or laid down. The room appeared clean. The hotel is located right off the highway, but the highway noise didn't disturb us. They have a pet area but it is not fenced. It would have been nice to have a fenced area to allow my pups to run & burn off energy a while. This hotel is outside Jackson Hole so you don't have to deal with the heavy traffic. We brought our own food as there are not any restaurants close by, you have to do into Jackson Hole. The hotel has a mini mart & a little larger market is maybe a 1/2 mile away. My only complain was how uncomfortable the beds were. We paid over $500 for two nights but Jackson Hole is a very pricey area.
