Our 35 kg Samoyed stayed for no additional fee. Dogs welcome in bar area at breakfast and we saw many dog owners in the hotel.

The reception staff were most unfriendly and hostile to a guest checking in with a dog. While this 5 star resort holds itself out as dog friendly it has clearly failed to convey this policy to its staff.
