Hubby & I took our golden retriever, Buddy, out for a waterfront evening at Gil Dawg. There was plenty of outdoor seating along the water and it was not crowded. The waitress brought drinks and a bowl of ice water quickly. There was enough time between ordering and getting our food to take a walk around the grounds. Many photo ops and green spaces for pups. Met up with a great dane near the volleyball courts & made a new friend. Food goes beyond bar food with salads, sandwiches & seafood. Staff was attentive & took care of all of us.

Hubby & I enjoyed a beautiful fall evening under the stars at Get Hooked with our golden retriever, Buddy. Staff was very friendly and we were seated quickly. The staff & patrons were full of pats for Buddy & treated him like a superstar during our visit. Our waitress quickly delivered a large bowl of ice water. Our food also arrived quickly & was delicious! Great evening!

We drove past Burger Station on our way to Ocala & made a note to check it out on our return trip. So glad we did! It was very pup-friendly with outdoor picnic table style seating with a view of the lake across the street. Staff was very accommodating as we took turns sitting outside with Buddy & ordering our food. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger & my husband ordered a footlong hotdog and cheeseburger. Unfortunately, we gobbled down our food so quickly that I never thought to take a picture. Hubby said the hotdog was one of the best he had eaten. Our burgers were excellent as well! The fries were piping hot! All of the signs promoting the shakes & malts were enough for me to order a malt for dessert - I was stuffed by the time we left! Each family stopped by the table to comment on our puppy

We stopped at Marion Street Bistro on our way from Tampa to NC in February. Cool day (mid 60s) & I anticipated being chilled eating outside. The front patio was enclosed with glass and there were space heaters and a mounted heater that made dining very pleasant! Our waitress was attentive and brought out water for our golden retriever puppy. The meals were excellent! I had the chicken cordon bleu with spinach & mashed potatoes - the chicken was melt-in-your-mouth tender! My husband had the meatloaf & my friend had grilled chicken. Service was top-notch and timely. Added bonus that the parking lot across the street had plenty of grassy areas for the pup and easily accessible garbage cans.
