The staff was friendly but the hotel room itself was disgusting. Torn up floors/carpeting, stained towels, NO HOT WATER, food crumbs (popcorn AND CHOCOLATE!!) all over the place. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Would have left and gone elsewhere but it was really late when I arrived and had a very early start. Slept in clothes on top of bed and kept pup in crate all night.
