Rooms are older and a little dated but clean and oceanfront balconies with awesome views and my dog loved sitting on the balcony with us. The rates are cheaper than most so it's a great room for what you pay for. No daily room cleaning and you have to take your trash out daily and take your towels down to the office and exchange for clean.

Plenty of grassy area for walking for bathroom trips by the creek.
