After reading reviews about safe family-friendly hotels in Albuquerque, we decided to stay at this Quality Inn. The pet rooms are clean, but a little worn down (as to be expected at cheaper hotels—especially the pet suites—like Red Roof Inn). Wasn’t expecting the Hilton. Worth it because it was quiet, in a safe area, and the night clerk was great. Sand gravel trail on side to walk dog, but watch out for glass and dog feces.

We are so glad to have found Beck Lake Dog Park! Taking a road trip across the U.S.A, we have stopped at many parks. None have measured up to this one. The park is really clean, the dogs and owners are friendly, and pups can cool off in Beck Lake. Schatzi had a blast swimming!
