Amazing and accommodating

We came through after an 8 hour drive with no plans and decided to stay in Eugene. Called 4 hotels and this place was the only one with no problem with our pup! Great stay and very close to plenty of parks. Very happy!

Amazing location and that’s it

While I’m grateful for a place that accepted our pup, the hotel was nothing to be excited about. No fridge, microwave and the door on the south side was impossible to open. They keep it locked, so you need a key- we struggled every time for about 2-3 min to open it, (and watched multiple people do the same). On the same note- in the area that’s connected to the Macy’s and entrance for old sac town, there was good space, however the dog bag station had trash scattered everywhere for a good two days. Then no garbage bag, so I had to carry dog poop to a different garbage bag on the opposite side, by Macy’s, was also always full. Pet fee is always annoying, but they capped it at $70 for our 3 night stay. it was a meh stay. If we weren’t there for an NBA game we’d stay somewhere else next time.

Great spot

We were traveling to Sacramento and needed a place for our pup to burn off energy from an 8 hour drive. He had a blast and people were very friendly. Had one incident with another dog pinning ours and growling in a non friendly way, but the owner corrected it immediately and left afterwards. Overall we were grateful to have a place to take our pup so he could find new friends
