We go to the one in San Diego regularly, so we knew we would have to hit this one up on our way up to Los Angeles. The food is delicious and the staff are so accommodating and friendly. We went for a birthday and the staff were so kind in helping us celebrate.

We came here with my two dogs for my birthday dinner. They had a nice little side patio for those of us with pups.

The staff were lovely and the food was amazing. I had such a great time and would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone, even if you're not celebrating.

We love this place. Plenty of smells for our dogs to investigate, but a nice gently-sloping trail allows for an easy way to get the heart racing. We've even seen kids/families on these trails, but you'll break a nice little sweat. There's a parking lot on-site, but there's plenty of street parking for any overflow.

This is a cute restaurant with a good beer list, great food, and a moderately size outdoor patio. The staff have literally always been amazing every time we've gone.

I found this sort of by accident because it it close to our vet's office. Our first experience was actually take out, and the food was still delicious after the ride home. Came back for a second time and the food was still delicious. The patio is off to the side and covered, so you don't have to worry about sitting in the sun. My dad is already talking about this being his birthday dinner spot.

This is our go-to when we want to do something local with our dogs. The patio is not covered, but they have umbrellas that provide plenty of shade. The dog menu is small but our dogs still love it. The human menu is extensive and has plenty of crave-worthy items.

The food was absolutely delicious and thoroughly impressed our entire party of 4. The dog-friendly patio is right out front, and they had the patio heaters on for us (middle of Winter). Staff was awesome, took the time to chat with us a bit but service was still super fast.

The food and drinks are delicious, and the staff have been very friendly each time we've gone.

As an FYI: each time we've gone during the day, there have been kids running around the patio and screaming/playing. If your dogs have any level of anxiety or prey drive, this might not be a great lunch or brunch option for you. Evenings/dinner time seems to be less chaotic.

The only reason I WOULD have docked a point is that we came a few days after a snowstorm, so the whole trail was a slushy, muddy mess. We luckily have two large, active dogs who don't shy away from a messy challenge, so we made do and walked on the edge of the muddy trail for a bit. When that proved to still be too much, we found a paved side road that allowed us to have some clean(er) fun while still enjoying the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and lake.

The dog-friendly patio is elevated off the sidewalk and separated by an iron gate, which is awesome. The service was good and the staff was absolutely lovely. I'm only docking a point because the food was a little hit-or-miss, but overall was a pleasant experience.

We got a two-bedroom standalone cabin, which was lovely, cozy, and clean. The cabin had a full kitchen, the thermostat worked perfectly, and there were plenty of windows so we could make use of the natural light. We have two large dogs who had never traveled before, so I wanted to make sure we wouldn't share walls and have the dogs freaking out over unfamiliar noise on their first trip. Plus, the woman that worked at the front desk was absolutely lovely, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

We live somewhat close by, and this is my favorite place to take the pups for an easy weekend adventure. The Black Mountain entrance is great but it you want more of a challenge, take the trailhead at the Camino Ruiz Neighborhood Park.
