1 side for small dogs, 1 side for large dogs.
There is covered seating and plenty of doggy bags to pick up waste.
I visited during the weekday and no one was there.

So much space for my little dogs to run. Love the trail within the small dog park. There is a place to sit as well.

I lived in Tampa and Houston which both have free dogs parks with many amenities. This Creve Coeur park is not good in comparison. It's just a fenced in area with 3 benches. No dog agility course, no walking trail, no dog pool. Check out Tampa River Walk 3 dogs parks, Humble, Texas - Atascocita Oark and Duessen Park as my points of comparison.

I brought my 2 small dogs here.
There is no designated off leash area for the dogs and they are restricted from the boardwalk.
But if you just want to walk around with your fur friend on a leash, this is the place for you.

I live in New Tampa and travel to this park once a week to enjoy it with my dogs.
It's very clean and the view of the river is nice.
